Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from BKLuex. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most items for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
Original tags must still be attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance items
Beauty products that have been opened or used
Gift cards
Underwear, swimwear, and earrings, for hygiene reasons

How to Start a Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
Pack the item securely with the original tags attached
Drop off the package at the specified carrier location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know when you start your return, and we'll prioritize sending out the replacement as soon as your return is on its way back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
